Great place. Very friendly staff, were very helpful with regards to my kids allergies. Very pleasent experience overall. Will definitely be back.
We came here for Sunday brunch around noon. I ordered the meal that includes waffles, eggs, bacon, and bread. The waiter said that their waffle maker wasn't working. I was mainly interested in the bacon and eggs so I asked if there was anything else that he could give me in place of the waffles (a cookie? A piece of toast? Anything?) but he said no, I would have to order a completely different meal. Since this guy wouldn't work with me and there was nothing else I wanted from their very limited menu, we decided to leave. The waiter asked us to pay for the unopened, untouched drinks. His reasoning was that in the case of my coffee, it was served and he "couldn't put it back" so I was charged $1.75 for about 4 oz of coffee. Truth is, this was watered down coffee that I had to go dispense myself out of a thermos in a back room! What a joke of an establishment and complete waste of time.
Made reservations a week ago for their Mother's Day brunch only to arrive to a sign on the door that says they will be closed on Mother's Day. Have attended their brunch going on 3 years in a row. Real good feeling to show up with your wife (for her first Mother's Day) and parents only to arrive to a locked door. Ever tried finding a table on Mother's Day at noon?
UPDATE 5/15/17: I had to change this review from 1 star to 4 because Mrs. Alvarez contacted me directly via phone and apologized profusely for the mix up and mis-communication. She did far more than any other restaurant owner would have done and for that I could not leave the review where it stood. We did end up going elsewhere for brunch, but the fact that she contacted me personally spoke volumes for the kind of business she is building.
The Wait Staff is super nice, but the Alfredo sauce was not. I ordered the Fettuccine Alfredo and Chicken Parmesan. Please use heavy cream and Parmesan cheese for the Alfredo sauce; I'm not sure what y'all used, but it wasn't good. It would make it 100% better. We will be back to try the breakfast.
The food, excellent, I ate chicken pecan with fetuccinni alfredo and my wife ate chicken crepes, also the creps with ice cream from vaillilla and nutella, ummmmmhhh ! delicious, there was live music, the place was really nice!
