The US Post Office follows federal rules which means more scrutiny - yes; but are the rules applied by the Fulshear PO consistent with other POs? My experience at the Fulshear USPO was yes, they are consistent. On several visits there for various needs, I found the staff, esp. Ms. Judy, courteous and fabulously helpful.
Rudest and most unhelpful group of people I've ever encountered in a Post Office. I now drive to a privately owned Afghanistan shipping and receiving office in Cinco Ranch on Spring Green who are delightful and take my Post Office packages for no charge.
I am a Crosscreeker, but lighten up folks, the people at the Fulshear post office are fabulous. Friendly, customer focused, and a great sense of humor to help get us all through the day. Feel welcome immediately. They go the extra mile. Love 'em. 8 stars....
Very unhappy with customer service. We flooded during Harvey and have special circumstance regarding our new house. They just told me I need an “official power of attorney” along with our closing documents to prove our residence at the new house. We don’t have that and am now having to drive to the TITLE COMPANY in Houston to prove we live in our house. Very rude, did not take the time to listen to what I was explaining and walked away to the back mid-conversation. Unacceptable. And I never post reviews.
I constantly lost mails. I have been waiting for the reward cash card from Costco for more than 6 months but it never arrived even though I checked the status that it was mailed more than 5 months ago. My package arrived so I got a key in my mailbox but that it turned out the package belonged to my neighbor. My package was in another mailbox but they gave the wrong key. Mails with credit cards or checks are always come in half opened. The whole Cross Creek Ranch has the same issue as we talked to each other to try to locate our packages.
