The only thing I would recommend is to only let your dog swim in the bone shaped pool if they are a strong swimmer. Our dog is not and had trouble finding the entry/exit points. The lake is better for her.
Denise and her team are great! We took our two labs there for baths and shaves. Her team took great care of them and even let them share a stall while they were there. Great customer service, reasonable prices and friendly staff. Highly recommended.
We found our new boarding facility!! They have everything my two furry babies love in life! Water, dirt, food, attention and furry friends! I arrived to a warm staff and helpful front desk. I forgot their food ( and just before I was about to freak out) they told me it was fine and that they had plenty of good quality dry lamb food. Their property is huge and lovely. (Geese, ducks, even horses passing by) When I came to pick them up the staff helped me to the car which I really appreciated. They came home with a report card and I was able to see who they played with (names and breeds) and if they played well with others. A couple of weeks later, I received a personalized photograph of my two playing outside with their new friends. We will definitely be returning very soon.

We are very unhappy with the care Waggintails provided for our dog. After eight days there, he came back home with a bad smell on his body and shreds of shampoo, as a consequence his crotches were red and irritated. His mouth was torn apart. No one said anything about it when I picked him up. I discovered it at home, I will not recommend these place to any one. They are giving me two free night but we don't feel like that is a safe place for him to stay.
