It always gives me a bit of hope when a company actually goes above and beyond the call of duty and provides excellent customer support LAURA IS that person for Allstate Insurance. About three years ago I had a car accident and Laura with allstate insurance was right there for me. She guided me each step of the way, most of all she listen to me when I need to vent on the person who side swiped my vehicle. I have been with Allstate for over seventeen years and it is a great company.

I have always received an answer to my questions with language that I understand, have never been rushed off the phone because of sharing my opinion, and to my satisfaction received complete and accurate information.
