Not good. It is old and falling apart. Dryer not working again today. "Manager" is in a car parked off to to the side with a companion. Only gotten worse since it was sold a couple of months back.
I used to love this place however since the changes in pricing etc the full service for an extra $10 has gone downhill. The attention to detail is horrible. Since I have a monthly gold membership I add the full service once a month and my visit once again yesterday left my insides windows streaked and half clean and they did not even take 2 seconds to wipe down my center console or clean the sides of my mirrors that the drive through does not clean.
Customers beware!! So just as i thought! I made a post about a month ago stating the service has really gone down, and that the car wash broke my windshield wipers and they told me they would repair. I still have not heard from anyone at the car wash about repairing my wipers. This place has gone from good to horrible. You wont stay in business long if you continue to treat customers like you have the last year. The quality is bad, especially for paying $26 plus tip.
This place is awesome! I work really close to this location and they take such good care of my car. The prices are super reasonable ($39.95 for a super clean, $17.00 for a basic clean) and Devon and the rest of employees are so nice and do quick, quality work. I highly recommend!
And again bad. Dryer broken down and not working this time. When you call ahead about what is not working they tell you all is ok. When you get there it is the same old problem of broken equipment. Strange set up with various folks playing boss but not bright and of no value in getting the problems addressed. Last time I tried. Understand that the new Blue Wave nearby is to open soon. It will be a relief.
I've been going to this car wash for the last couple of years. When I first started getting my truck washed, they always did an amazing job. Very detailed inside and out. The staff was always friendly. Well, things started to really go down hill this year. The quality of the cleaning has gone way down. The staff is still friendly but the quality is just really bad. Today I got my truck washed and while driving through car wash, the roller broke my windshield wipers. They told me that it would be replaced next week. Let's see if they do what they said. To the owner: you have a great place and for the most part friendly people, but you really need to get back to the quality you used to have. The techs need to pay close attention to detail, especially interior. For $26 plus tip, really need to do a better job.
